The inspiration for my "Say Something" series is Burning Man. What is Burning Man? During the 1990s, I had participated in Burning Man. It is an annual event attended by thousands of people, which takes place in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada, USA. A temporary metropolis is created for a week-long celebration dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. Everyone I met was so nice. When the night comes, the city really comes alive. There were many fantastic, over-the-top structures and installations. There were other structures being burned, but the grand finale is the burning of an effigy on its penultimate night. If you go, be well-prepared; it can be harsh out there.
